Cookie Policy

What this website stores on your device, and how to control it.

Effective:
Last updated:

This website stores very little. It sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you.

One entry is written to your browser’s local storage to remember the choice you make in the cookie banner. Page and performance measurement runs without cookies and without identifying you.

The summary above is provided for convenience only. Where it differs from the full text of this document, the full text governs.

1. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Local storage is a related browser feature that keeps a value on your device until it is cleared, without attaching it to network requests. Both are covered by the ePrivacy rules on storing information on a user’s device, so both are described here.

2. What this website actually uses

The following is the complete inventory for radioheart.io as this policy’s revision date:

rh_cookie_choice (local storage, strictly necessary)
Records the choice you made in the cookie banner — “all” or “essential” — so the banner is not shown again on every page. Set only when you press one of the buttons. It contains no identifier and is not sent to us. It stays until you clear your browser’s site data for radioheart.io.
Vercel Web Analytics (no cookie)
Aggregated page-view measurement provided by our hosting platform. It sets no cookie and stores no identifier on your device; visits are counted using a value derived from request data that is not retained in a form that identifies you or links your visits across days.
Vercel Speed Insights (no cookie)
Measures page-loading performance (Core Web Vitals) so we can find slow pages. It sets no cookie and stores no identifier on your device.

This website sets no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. The RadioHeart studio application at studio.radioheart.io is a separate application with its own sign-in session cookies, which are strictly necessary to keep you logged in there.

3. Categories

Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work or to honour a preference you expressed. Consent is not required for these under ePrivacy rules. The consent record above is in this category, as are studio sign-in cookies.
Analytics and performance
Helps us understand aggregate traffic and page speed. On this site these run without cookies and without device identifiers, as described above.
Advertising and profiling
Not used on this site.

5. Browser-level controls

Your browser can block or delete cookies and site storage generally, and most offer a private-browsing mode that discards them at the end of the session. Blocking storage entirely means the banner cannot record your choice, so it will reappear on each visit. It does not otherwise prevent you from reading this site.

We honour Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals where applicable law requires it. Because we run no advertising or profiling technologies, there is in practice nothing for such a signal to switch off here.

6. Third-party pages you reach from here

Links to external platforms — the studio application, social profiles, directories, podcast hosts, and payment pages — take you to services with their own cookie practices, which this policy does not cover. Read their notices before providing information to them.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a storage technology, we update the inventory in section 2 and the revision date at the top of this page. The Privacy Policy explains the wider picture of how we handle personal data.
